It has been revealed that Robbie Williams, Elton John and Westlife have agreed to coach this year's X Factor finalists. The celebrities will join the team for the live episodes, with Williams helping guide the 16-25s with Simon Cowell, Sir Elton and Louis Walsh will tend to the over 25s and the Westlife will help the groups along with Sharon Osbourne. Other celebrities including Take That, Mariah Carey and Il Divo have also signed up for guest appearances.

I Think 11 years In The Music Industry and playing three Gigs at Knebworth to over 300,000 people plus a night should give him enough experience to go on, don't you think?
