Johnny Borrell and Brandon Flowers are to sing together on television at the end of November.
The Killers and Razorlight singers will perform Dire Straits' classic ballad 'Romeo and Juliet' for Live At Abbey Road on November 30.
Flowers had recently defended Razorlight's new single 'America' which some fans have lambasted as an attempt to butter up the lucrative potential market in the States.
"America is my favourite song. It's not negative so I can't see why people in the US wouldn't like it," Flowers told the Daily Star.
"We're lucky we're from there and have English influences so we had the best of both worlds because we understand America and deliver our songs big.
It's difficult for British bands to make it out there."
