Despite being nominated in four categories, Lily Allen is considering skipping the Brits because her people think she won't have won anything.
This apparently comes from the fact that Allen has been replaced as a performer at the event by Amy Winehouse. As the performers are traditionally the winners, it doesn't look good for the LDN singer, nor for her record company who were extremely annoyed.
A source told The Sun, "Lily is seriously considering staying away from the Brits. She has lots of commitments abroad so would have to make a special effort to fly in just for the day to go to the event. She was thrilled to be nominated in so many categories but many experts think she could lose out in all four."
Experts or not, Lily's never one to let anyone else speak for her so expect a lengthy rant on her MySpace blog at some point this week.
Should she stay away or turn up and see?

I love Lily Allen. But she is 21. I don't think I'd be so high on myself after have one album and 2 hit songs. I mean, Bananarama has more to say about their career than that and look at the forgetful place they ended up.
