He's been dead for two months but supposed baby-James Browns are still popping up all over the place, and at last an argument over obtaining the Godfather's DNA to settle paternity claims has been resolved.
Lawyers for the singer's trustees wanted to get DNA samples to sort out paternity claims made against Brown since his death, but his partner Tomi Rae Hynie didn't like the way they were planning to obtain them (and yes, our imagination's working on overdrive on that one).
Brown's trustees originally said it would be easier to get the samples before the singer was buried. The two sides have now come to an agreement, although how the samples will be obtained or what the hell a two-month-old corpse is still doing on the loose has not yet been explained.
What next for the dead Godfather? And why do we bother watching Hollyoaks when this is the soap that just keeps giving?
