The Killers have covered Dire Straits's legendary love song Romeo + Juliet at Abbey Road, but contrary to expectation, Johnny Borrell didn't take part.
When news of the proposed cover came about last year, the Razorlight frontman was set to duet on the track, but there's no sign of him in the video. Oh well.

I think they do a good job. They don't get it like Knopfler and Co. did, but it is a very good rendition. Maybe they will release it as a B-Side or something.

big fan of the killers but like any classic song that is repeated lacks the emotion and power that dire straits gave it.

Love the Killers and they do a pretty goo job not quite the same though. Its a beautiful song
