The Beastie Boys, Primal Scream and Bjork are to headline a new three-day event at the end of August aimed at older music fans seeking a "chilled-out" atmosphere.
The Connect Music Festival will take place in the grounds of Inveraray Castle next to Loch Fyne in Argyll, with other acts including Idlewild and The Jesus and Mary Chain lined-up to perform.
The festival takes place from 31 August to 2 September as part of Scotland's Highlands 2007 celebrations. As well as an unsigned bands stage, it will featured local food and drink, comedy and its own Highland games.
Tickets go on sale on Friday.
