Courtney Love is being sued over an alleged unpaid bill by a rehab centre in California for $181,000 (£93,705).
The Beau Monde centre says the singer paid $10,000 up front before entering the centre back in 2005 but failed to pay for the rest of the stay. "Although demanded multiple times by plaintiff, orally and in writing, none of the balance stated has been paid," they said in the action filed against her.
Love was ordered into the clinic for 180 days as part of her sentence for repeated parole violations including assault and battery and illegal possession of painkillers. A judge hailed the treatment as a success and cut the length of her probation.
