2. Marilyn Manson
Ever the shrinking violet, self-proclaimed “God Of Fuck” Manson was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after rubbing his nutsack against a security guard’s neck in 2001. You don’t get that with Cherry Ghost.
3. Ozzy Osbourne
Osbourne was charged with public intoxication in May 1984, after being found staggering down Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee. The very same street where Jeff Buckley’s body washed up thirteen years later, rock trivia fans.
4. Kid Rock
Hang on, how is this a mug shot? This could be his Facebook profile pic. And why is he smiling? Apparently it’s a genuine police photo, though, and was taken in October 2007 after America’s “Rock N’Roll Jesus” was arrested following a brawl in a Waffle House restaurant. You can’t buy class like that.
5. James Brown
Oh dear. Dragged off to the cells on January 28, 2004 on a charge of criminal domestic violence, it looks like the cops were the least of Brown’s problems during this dark period of his life.
6. Elvis Presley
His crime? None, actually: The King just had a thing for law enforcement, which is why he had this picture taken in 1970.
7. Billie Joe Armstrong
In January 2003, prior to Green Day’s American Idiot-inspired resurgence, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong was arrested for speeding. Just one question: how did he go from this to this? Seriously- it’s barely the same face.

How did Billy Joe get arrested for speeding? Don't they just write up tickets for that?
