Tune rich, eminently danceable fare from Svendborg, Denmark, home to the world's biggest container ship company and the excellent The Fashion. The quartet clearly have a thing for the best of Britain's post-punk protagonists, Like Knives coming off like a happy Gang of Four, with the equally worthwhile Solo Impala borrowing its icy synths and spidery guitar lines from The Cure.
Both tracks are taken from The Fashion’s self-titled second album, which was released in Denmark last year and will be available in the UK later in 2008. The band play Austin, Texas' South by South West festival on 13 March.
