TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Entry: (a) No purchase is necessary; (b) The judges’ decision is final
2. Number of Entries Allowed: Only one entry per person or household is allowed.
3. Entry Address: The entrant’s address must also be clearly provided
4. Closing Date: All entries must be received by 23.59 on Sunday, July 27.
5. Prizes: One winner will get the star prize of a Sony Ericsson W890i handset, MAS-100 speakers and two tickets to Ibiza on August 11th, 2008 (departing from London Gatwick at 22.30 UK time) plane and returning on August 14th on the plane ( 05.35 Ibiza time). Travel Insurance is not included as part of the prize. Transport to and from the airport is not included and the plane tickets are non-transferable.
6. Cash Alternatives To Prizes: There is no cash alternative to the prize
7. Entry Restrictions: a) Entrants must be aged 18 and over; b) Employees of Sony Ericsson, Manumission, Bauer Consumer Media and their immediate families are not eligible for entry; c) Entrants must comply with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements for travel to and from England and Ibiza and between England and Ibiza. The Promoter will not be responsible for your failure to comply.
8. Independence Of Judging: The winning entry will be chosen at random by an independent party.
9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by Monday July 28, 2008. Anyone travelling as part of the winning party must have a valid passport and be able to travel on dates specified. The promoter will need all travellers’ details by July 28, 2008 to ensure seats can be confirmed.
10. Winner Details: A copy of the winning entry will be made available by writing via email or by post to Ibiza Rocks competition, Band & Brown Communications, 57a Jamestown Road, London NW1 7DB.
11. Publicity: The promoter may wish to use winners in related publicity.
12. Disclaimers: the promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries. The promoter is also not liable if the winner does not make the flight specified or if the flight is cancelled or delayed in any way. The promoter reserves the right alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
13. Data Collection: the promoter will not retain or pass on information to any third party
