Tilly And The Wall - Beat Control
Exploding like a Day-Glo firework, Tilly And The Wall's new double A-side single - Too Excited is the flipside – will help obliterate negative thoughts of the UK's rained-out summer season. This Omaha quintet have taken a bold step from their artsy indie pop sound that hooked them up with Bright Eyes' Conor Oberst for a record deal in 2004 - they've got their dancing shoes on now (and that's aside from resident tap-dancer percussionist Jamie Pressnall)!
Beat Control is taken from TATW's third album, O, and will be available in all great record stores from September 15. Apparently, the band have also recorded the ABC song for the new season of Sesame Street. Funnily enough, Beat Control's video is a not disimilar. See it here: www.youtube.com
