Underground Railroad - Kill Me Now (Or You Never Will)
London-based French trio Underground Railroad seem to be making ripples this week - not least because of some confusion over their slot at Reading Festival, see here - but also because of upcoming single Kill Me Now (Or You Never Will). A refreshing meld of 90s lo-fi and scratchy garage rock, the band use inspiration from The Velvet Underground, Pixies, The Cure and Sebadoh to create an overdriven patchwork of sounds. Get a fix at their MySpace page here.
Kill Me Now (Or You Never Will) is released by One Little Indian on September 15. Their album Sticks And Stones follows on September 29.
