The Courteeners today released a new EP a little over 12 hours since the tracks were recorded.
The live four-track EP was recorded at the band’s show at the Manchester Apollo and recorded straight from the mixing desk, featuring the tracks That Kiss, Please Don’t, Bide Your Time and What Took You So Long?.
The one-off fast-turnaround single is being sold for 99p from www.7digital.com/thecourteeners .
Frontman Liamray said: "This EP is just a nice little snapshot our fans can download." The band were originally planning to release a DVD of the show but canned the idea because the Arctic Monkeys are releasing their Apollo show.
