Vampire Weekend are to front a two-hour show for Q Radio this weekend when they take over the Q Mix.
The band, winners at last month's Q Awards With Russian Standard Vodka, are the latest star name recruits to front the show which turns over the airwaves to a different presenter each week. The band have chosen their own personal playlist which they will unveil on Saturday, November 8, at 6pm.
Vampire Weekend picked up the best video title at the Q Awards for their promo for A-Punk.
Other artists to take a turn on Q Mix in recent weeks have included Kaiser Chiefs (you can still hear the show until Saturday here), CSS, The Aliens, Mystery Jets and The Automatic.
Future guests include White Lies on November 15.
