Radiohead, Arctics and Kings of Leon for Leeds/Reading

Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kings Of Leon were today confirmed as headliners for this summer's Reading and Leeds Festivals. For Radiohead it marks the first appearance at Reading for 15 years and it is being billed as a UK-exclusive.

The three-day events - over the bank holiday weekend at the end of August - will mark the final UK appearance this year by Kings of Leon of 2009, and will be the first chance to see Arctic Monkeys since the band toured the UK in 2008.

More than 150 bands will play over the weekend with tickets going on sale immediately via the credit card hotline on 0871 231 0821 or via www.aloud.com
