They have scaled the heights with a chart-topping single and album, so they should have a head for vertiginous situations. So we put The Ting Tings - whose latest single is called We Walk - to the test by asking them to try out tightrope-walking for the latest Q Challenge.
Frontwoman Katie White got into the spirit of things with a pair of baggy trousers which would not look out of place at any circus, while drummer Jules De Martino managed to keep his shades on throughout.
