Win The Who Sell Out reissues

Comments

"Forget the summer of love; this sounds like the long dark winter of discontent. And it's none the worse for that." So says the April edition of Q as it reassesses The Who Sell Out, the band's 1967 album now remastered in a deluxe edition.

At the time it achieved only modest sales but it is now rightly seen as a classic document and a key pointer to the way the band would turn. And with its spoof radio ads between tracks it loosely fitted in with this brave new concept of the "concept album" as well as some storming tunes packed with self-reflective, ironic commentary.

As well as remastered stereo and mono versions of the original album, this double-disc features bonus tracks and a 28-page booklet.

We have five copies of The Who Sell Out deluxe edition - which was released this week - and all you have to do to be entered into the draw is answer this simple question:

Which of these is a Who song from ... Sell Out?

a) I Can See For Miles
b) I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)
c) Eight Miles High
