Blur have announced details of their final warm up shows ahead of their summer dates. The band will perform at the following intimate venues in June:
Southend Cliffs Pavilion (21)
Wolverhampton Civic Hall (24)
Newcastle O2 Academy (25)
Tickets will be sold via Blur.co.uk from 9am on Wednesday April 22 before going on general sale on Friday April 24.
Previously announced warm-up shows at East Anglian Railway Museum in Chappel, Colchester on Saturday 13 June and London Goldsmith's College on Monday 22 Juneare completely sold out and the band are not expected to announce any further warm-up dates.
Re-united on stage early this year, the original four piece line-up will also play a series of huge shows this coming summer including their own two sold-out Hyde Park concerts with guests Vampire Weekend, Crystal Castles, Deerhoof, Foals and Friendly Fires aswell as a string of festival appearances including Glastonbury, Oxegen and T in The Park.
