Little Glitches - 123
Little Glitches come from Sheffield. There's four of them and they love making warm acoustic, folksy electronica. Most of their sound is based around swirling layered guitars and Hammond organ or Rhodes piano.
123 is the title track from their soon to be released EP. It's a lush though slightly lo-fi affair with swooning vocal harmonies and a brushed drumbeat that skips along, complemented by an occasional lightly crashing cymbal. It wouldn't sound out of place on a Turin Brakes or M.Craftrecord.
The band are playing a series of date to support the launch of their EP in the coming months, more details on their myspace. The 123 EP is out on June 1.
