Manics to get remixed

The Manics Street Preachers will release an ep of remixes from their latest album Journal For Plague Lovers this coming Monday, June 15.

The digital only ep will see some of their most surreally titled songs re-worked by big names, with contributions from The Horrors, avant-folkie Adem, Andrew Weatherall and British Sea Power.



The track-listing is as follows:

- Peeled Apples - Andrew Weatherall
- Me And Stephen Hawking - British Sea Power
- Facing Page Top Left - Adem
- All Is Vanity - Errors
- Doors Closing Slowly - The Horrors

For those that can't get enough Manics/Manics remixes they'll also be releasing a full length physical album of remixes later in the year including the ep tracks and some. Duties on our favourite song title from the recent album - Jackie Collins Existential Question Time - will be handled by Saint Etienne, whilst Optimo (Espacio) oversee the title track.
