Pete Doherty was arrested on Friday after being found slumped bathroom on board a British Airways plane in Geneva.
The Sunday Mail reports Doherty was found by staff in the bathroom on the flight from Heathrow to Geneva as it was getting ready to land, they then escorted him back to his seat.
The newspaper also reported a hypodermic needle was found in the bathroom and removed by airline staff.
A British Airways spokesperson confirmed that a man was arrested after Swiss police met flight BA730 in Geneva.
Swiss police confirmed "We were contacted by the captain of a BA flight and a passenger was controlled by police. He was charged — but I cannot say what with. He paid a fine and was allowed to go."
Doherty went on to play the Neuchatel Open Air festival in Switzerland following the flight.

I can't believe that Doherty is still up to the same antics, but even worse, that he just gets away with going to play at the festival. Anyone else would have been deported back!
