T in the Park takes place in Balado, Kinross-shire from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July and is loved by artists and audiences alike. The line-up reads like a who's who of the music world with legendary acts The Specials and Pet Shop Boys alongside songstresses Lily Allen and V V Brown; hotly tipped bands Passion Pit and Crystal Castles, alongside global stars The Killers, Kings of Leon, Blur and Snow Patrol.
Last year saw T in the Park awarded the Best Lineup at the UK Festival Awards and 2009 has certainly lived up to the hype. And it's not just the music that is impressive - T in the Park is renowned for its unrivalled atmosphere and the festival goers that make it so special also have campsite entertainment to enjoy in the shape of a cinema, funfair and Silent Disco, plus the opportunity to transform themselves into the alias of their 
choice for Fancy Dress Friday. Healthy T returns to Balado in 2009, supported by the Scottish Government, the area is the place to unwind with delicious and nutritious food from around the globe and be entertained by break dancing, graffiti and a Village Disco that takes requests and runs musical statues competitions!
