1. Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland suffered a minor seizure on a flight from Los Angeles to Miami, causing pilots to make an emergency landing in Dallas. Swift recovery however, as according to a representative, Weiland is now "doing great".
2. Robbie Williams is rumoured to re-join Take That for a charity concert.
3. The Beatles are officially "bigger than Jesus". Or they were. For a few days. According to Google trends, the number of Google searches for "Beatles" were almost double that of "Jesus" in the few days surrounding the release of the Fab's Rockband and Remasters.
4. Leonard Cohen has been released from a hospital in Spain after fainting on-stage Friday due to food poisoning.
5. The Horrors are releasing a brand new track in November.
6. Graham Coxon has been announced as a 'special guest' for Saturday's batch of the Transgressive label's fifth anniversary gigs.
7. Jack White "did a Kanye" during a Q&A with Emmet Malloy, the director of a new White Stripes documentary.
8. Los Campesinos! have released a football-themed unveiling of their new member Kim Campesinos! It's not bad actually.
9. The Enemy are hoping to to write England's 2010 World Cup song.
