3. Only one entry per person.

5. Entries to be received online by [18th October 2009, midnight] ("the Closing Date").
6. There is one Main Prize. The Main Prize consists of i) 2 tickets to Q Awards 2009 ceremony ii) £1000 shopping spree at my-wardrobe.com iii) VIP consultation, cut and style with TIGI Creative Team, London, iv) 2 tickets to Q Awards aftershow party v) 2 nights accommodation at Sanctum Hotel Soho and vi) red carpet photograph taken by official Q photographer [Full details of the Main and Runners- Up prizes are available upon written request]

All other costs associated with accepting a prize, including travel and spending money shall be the responsibility of the winners and their guests.

7. The Main Prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries answering the question correctly. The prize draw will take place on [Monday 19th October 2009], with all winners notified within a further [7 days].
8. The selection of all winning entries will be supervised by an independent person. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. All prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should any of the prizes or part thereof become unavailable for any reason.
10. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a prize winner within [3 days] of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.

12. Proof of submitting your entry is not proof of receipt of an entry by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that fail to be received for any technical reason whatsoever.
13. By receipt of their prize, a winner and their guest agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death (except where such personal injury or death is the result of negligence by one or more of the Released Parties), or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
14. By taking part in promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a prize winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
15. The Main Prize Winner may be required to participate in related publicity.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
