Music and art-loving philatelists rejoice! Royal Mail will feature a selection of classic album sleeves on a special set of stamps, which will go into circulation on January 7 next year.
To celebrate some of the finest album artwork used on records by British artists, Royal Mail have assembled a unique set of stamps that features classic album covers such as Primal Scream's Screamdelica, London Calling by The Clash, Bowie's Ziggy Stardust and Blur's Parklife.
Also available will be a Presentation Pack - a fully illustrated folder containing all the Classic Album Cover Stamps and a conversation between Mojo Editor Phil Alexander and Pink Floyd sleeve designer Storm Thorgerson.
