Q's Daily B-Sides #17

What we've learned today:
1. Liam Gallagher, ever the animal lover, has come to the aid of bees. See below for more on this undoubtedly groundbreaking news story and in-depth 'analysis'.

2. Thom Yorke and Flea's new band are playing a surprise, debut show in LA tonight.

3. Kanye West and Lady GaGa have cancelled their joint tour.

4. ...and that's about it really. Now let's head over to Oasis-watch for the latest on Liam's beesy (sorry...) day.

Oasis-watch:
So what's going on? Really. We sensed something was wrong when Liam announced the birth of the Pretty Green label a good while ago, and as Noel now is dressing up as a Trekkie in an advert and Liam is publicly concerned with the state of bees to come (again, sorry...), it seems quite clear that as the Gallagher's relationship falters, they go...slightly mad.

In any case, there should be nothing in the way of Liam's credibeelity (seriously, stop it...), as honey reportedly salvaged the throat problems that made Oasis cancel V Festival this year.

Well, we should have seen it coming. The ever-investigatory Oasis-watch team dug out these old rumoured song and album working titles:

Bee Here Now
The Importance Of Beeing Idle
Songbee
Wonderbuzz
(What's the Story?) Morning Honey
Definitely Maybee
Buzz It On Down
She'zzz Electric
Stop Buzzing Your Heart Out
Don't Beelieve The Truth

Daily Conundrum:
Is it time for Liam to join The Hives? (Come on, that one doesn't even make sense!)

On the office stereo:

- Biffy Clyro - Only Revolutions (Yes, again! It's awesome!)
- Primal Scream - Screamadelica
- Love - Forever Changes
- Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Relax
