OK, so this track has been around for a bit, in fact since before Blur reunited (doesn't that seem like years ago?).
Nevertheless, the French all-girl band's latest single Barcelona (yes, it was just released this month) is a poptastic dancefloor-filler, with references to The Bangles being the most justifiable amidst drops of The Like and The Donnas.
It's taken from Plastiscines' upcoming album About Love, which is produced by girl-pop mastermind Butch Walker and is released here in the UK early next year, so expect these girls to be omnipresent at the turn of the decade.
That's a good thing by the way.
