1. BlueBeat and Basebeat, two streaming services that both sold unauthorised songs from The Beatles' back catalogue have been permanently shut down by a US District Judge. The Beatles Apple-shaped USB stick goes on sale next month.

2. Roger Daltrey of The Who is planning an autobiography. A few undoubtedly hilarious Keith Moon stories coming our way then.

3. Andrew LLoyd-Webber has been re-admitted to hospital after developing an infection following surgery for prostate cancer.

4. Beck has made a 10min+ tribute to composer Harry Partch.
