What we've learned today:
1. Ray Davies of The Kinks has stated that he would like to work on new songs with brother Dave Davies.

2. England's last group stage match in next year's World Cup will be shown at Glastonbury.

3. Jay Reatard escaped unharmed after an unprovoked onstage attack by two crowdmembers during a gig in Austin, Texas.

4. Lou Reed has his own iPhone application. The Lou Zoom enlarges names and numbers in the user's contact list. Neat.

5. A Green Day Rock Band video game will see the light of day next year.

6. In other gaming news, No Doubt have been countersued over Band Hero in response to the band's lawsuit against creators Activision for allowing players to perform other band's hits with the No Doubt avatars.

7. Liverpool City Council have launched an investigation into claims that Lily Allen was smoking during her recent show at the Echo Arena.


Daily Office Highlight:
A mysterious, well-used toothbrush and "2 in 1" toothpaste left in Q's toilets. A team has been dispatched to search for the owner, possibly a time-conscious man with fantastic teeth.
