In the run-up to the inaugural New To Q Sessions, we will each day present a track from one of the performers.
When Liam Bailey takes to the stage at the New To Q Sessions, he will be accompanied by a seventeen-piece choir of homeless kittens clad in tinfoil and newspapers who are hosed down by a priest, while Bailey himself will mime the entire opening scene of Pulp Fiction.
Or perhaps he will do a solo set with an acoustic guitar.
Then again, he might be joined by a full band.
To be honest, we have very little knowledge as to what Liam Bailey will perform for us on the closing night of our small festival.
This much we know: Liam Bailey is from Nottingham (which he evacuated after supposedly "losing his mojo"), has a past in hiphop group 1st Blood, is a member of folk collective The Accidental and is a mighty talented singer-songwriter with a strong fondness for Richie Havens, Sam Cooke and John Martyn, so good pedigree then.
Oh, and he just got signed to a major label and is working on his debut album.
Liam Bailey is playing the New To Q Sessions on January 30. All gigs are now sold out.
