3. Soul singer Teddy Pendergrass has passed away aged 59 after battling colon cancer. The If You Don't Know Me By Now singer was paralysed from the waist down after a car crash in 1982.
4. Robert Zemeckis has roped in Peter Serafinowicz, Dean Lennox Kelly, Adam Campbell and Cary Elwes to portray Paul, John, Ringo and George respectively in the animated remake of Yellow Submarine. Cary Elwes!
5. Kate Nash's new album is coming along nicely and will be released within the next few months.
6. Keane will release an eight-song EP entitled Night Train in May.
7. M.I.A's new song is an attack on a New York Times article that listed the singer's native Sri Lanka as the #1 place to go in 2010.
