MEN is the side-project of JD Samson, known for her antics with cult heroes Le Tigre. Johanna Fateman, also of Le Tigre fame, is listed as a contributor, and MEN's music doesn't dwell far from that of their previous outings, but still, it's not Le Tigre.
Effectively a dynamic art collective who tread and expand the paths of dance, MEN tackle political and sexual issues with their songs, they have toured with Gossip and Peaches, and they are currently unsigned.
Anything else you need to know? Oh, yes. Off Our Backs is simply an uber-funky and killer track.
