Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis has confirmed Muse are to close the Saturday night at Glastonbury 2010, with Stevie Wonder "probable" to headline on the Sunday evening.
The remarks were made at the Event Production conference at Olympia O2 which Eavis was speaking at yesterday and have been reported by Event Magazine.
Emily Eavis has since confirmed to BBC 6Music that negotiations are being finalised for the Sunday evening headliner and that the Motown legend is in the frame, responding specifically "It is very much a possibility but he's still only on Michael Eavis' wish list - so not 100% confirmed, it's pending.
U2 have already been confirmed as headliners for the Friday evening. Glastonbury marks it's 40th year this year with the Festival taking place from June 23 - 27, 2010.
