Described by some as Kings Of Leon 'if they had been born and reared on a farm', acclaimed alt-folksters The Avett Brothers played a special one-off gig for Q last night.

The group, made up of brothers Seth and Scott Avett alongside Bob Crawford on upright bass and touring buddy Joe Kwon on cello, performed songs from current album I And Love And You (produced by the renowned Rick Rubin) at London's Gibson Guitar Studios.
