Glastonbury Festival 2010: Full line-up

Comments

The full line-up for Glastonbury Festival 2010 has been revealed, bar some late additions/announcements and the likely impromptu performances we've come to know in previous years.

Glastonbury Dance Village - Full line-up so far...
Q's venue at Glastonbury - Queen's Head line-up

Headliners U2 Gorillaz, Muse and Stevie Wonder are joined on the Pyramid stage by Vampire Weekend, Snoop Dogg, Willy Nelson, Jackson Browne, Ray Davies and Slash.

The Other stage sees The Flaming Lips top the bill Friday, followed by Pet Shop Boys and Orbital on Saturday and Sunday respectively, with Hot Chip, lcd Soundsystem, Florence and the Machine, Editors, The National and Frightened Rabbit just some of the others playing.

Commenting on the line-up, Festival organiser Michael Eavis said "This is it! The most staggering line-up to match the 40 year reputation of the festival."

Glastonbury Festival runs at Worthy Farm, Pilton from Wed 23 June to Sun 27 June.

  • This Glastonbury an all new live venue will launched in the shadow of Arcadia’s Afterburner:
With a salute to the Mutoid Waste mother ship – Wrekon and Dark Sun present “The Lunar Sea Lounge”.
A mesmerizing mechanoid dragon draws you towards a futuristic city skyline where the sci-fi sentinels invite you to enter the thunderdome and find out what happened when the Jetsons turned it up to warp factor 9….
“The Lunar Sea Lounge” - a cartoon strip world where robots writhe to twisted sounds and androids really do dream of electric sheep!
There’s a cache of stunning sculpture, eclectic installations, techno toys and diverse décor by some of Europe’s finest underground artists, and music from the best live bands on the festival circuit.
Featuring additional artworks and invaluable assistance from Giles Walker, Pica Pica, Lindsey Walsh, Peaches, Carrot Promotions and Pictureworks.
The Lunar Sea Lounge is open all weekend from 6pm to 6am.
