Glastonburians need never wander aimlessly around the Pilton partylands ever again. As of today, phone boffins at Orange HQ have announced the launch of an improved Glastonbury app - a nifty tool that delivers a timetable of artists and the always indispensable GlastoNav mapping system.
Now in its third year, the free mobile phone service is available across a range of different handsets and offers a visual guide to the entire festival and a GPS Tent Locator, putting an end to those fruitless hikes across the site.
You can also boost your batteries in peace thanks to Orange's Chill'n'Charge points located around the festival. No excuses now: the boss can reach you anytime, anyplace, anywhere, even at Glastonbury...
GlastoNav is available to download from today by texting the shortcode GLASTO to 65101 for the java application. The Augmented Reality iPhone version is available imminently from Apple's App store.
