The Welsh rock legends that are Manic Street Preachers will play an exclusive gig at Newcastle's 02 Academy on Monday 27th September. Only 350 lucky competition winners will join Q and local Bauer radio station winners at this rare, intimate gig with The Manics, before they head out on their 23-date UK tour.James Dean Bradfield, Nicky Wire and Sean Moore - from Blackwood, South Wales have been together for almost 25 years in the band (previously also with Richey Edwards) and are now set to release their tenth studio album Postcards From A Young Man on 20th September.
The new album sees the band move effortlessly in to a more pop, mainstream sound without sacrificing any of the honesty, daring and inspirational lyrics we've come to expect from one the most revered rock bands in the UK.
The new album will be preceded by the single (It's Not War) Just The End of Love (out September 13).
Tickets to the show are not for sale but we've teamed up with organisers Bauer Radio Events to give you the chance to be there.
We have five pairs of tickets to give away, so to be in with a chance of bagging yourself a pair of these money-can't-buy tickets just answer the question below (over 16's only):
Q: What is the name of Manic Street Preachers forthcoming Album?
