morningparade160x120Morning Parade - Under The Stars

Morning Parade are the thing dreams are made of. Two years ago all five members were stuck in dead end jobs, using music to fuel an imagined escapism from the drudgery of the cliched big bad world and its monotonous schedule. They were previously stuck inside the classic pragmatism against idealism debate, wanting to be anthemic rock stars and also having to face up to growing older and potentially leaving these childish thoughts behind. Luckily for them, and us, Morning Parade went for it, throwing everything they had into the dream and slowly making it a reality in the process.

Upon formation the only rule was to make music that you could imagine thousands of people chanting back to you. As a result these Essex natives have a well polished sound suited to stadia and an already growing fan base threatening to fill them in future. Previously Youth, and Marble Attic were made available online, showcasing the anthemic guitar drive the group have to succeed.

Under The Stars will be released as a limited 7" debut on 29 November. Below the track is performed at Cambridge Junction, showing their fantastic ability to impress live, something to be expected from a band who supported Feeder in October. A shimmering of guitars complements atmospheric piano tones before a subtle synth loop reminiscent of Candi Staton's You've Got The Love or Animal Collective's My Girls, sets the scene for a gripping choral build.
