Elton John will be performing on the 17 July at Magic Summer Live this year in the park of Hatfield House in Hertfordshire.
Elton John says, "I'm really excited to be headlining the first ever Magic Summer Live event in July. I can't think of a better way to spend a summer's day than performing some of my greatest hits on a stage in the absolutely stunning setting of Hatfield House."
Joining him on the bill are Lighthouse Family, Rumer, The Overtones and New York sisters The Pierces. Elton released his most recent record last year, the Leon Russell
collaboration The Union, which peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard
chart.

Elton John was great but the sound system was appaulling. If he ever plays at Hatfield House again he must insist on better sund manangement, the agic set up was not at all professional!
A real shame! Elton managed to engage the crowd in grim moods!
