Fyfe Dangerfield and Q are teaming up to try to break a world record over the next 24 hours - and we need you.
The Guillemots' frontman is currently hunkered down at his home studio where between 2pm today (4 July) and 2pm tomorrow he will attempt to write and record a song from scratch.
We have song title, Super Injunction and, er, that's about it... Which is where you come in.
To help Dangerfield write and record the in 24 hours we will be calling on you via the Q Twitter account.
We need suggestions for lyrics, sound samples, artwork ideas... basically everything that normally goes into a song.
We welcome your general suggestions around the title, but keep your eye on our twitter feed throughout the day as we will be asking for specific things as the writing and recording goes along (for starters, what rhymes with super injunction?).
To take part just follow Q on Twitter and make sure you mark any of your contributions with the #QSong hastag. Everyone who gets involved will get a credit on the song.
If all goes to plan, we will release the finished song tomorrow afternoon with all proceeds going to the charity War Child - and we might possibly score a world record too for putting together a song with the most contributors in the shortest amount of time.
It will also get it's first play on Q Radio within seconds of the song's completion.
"Obviously it would take a special sort of musician to rise to a challenge of this sort - and we had no doubt Fyfe Dangerfield would take it," says Q Editor-In-Chief Paul Rees of the harebrained scheme. "We're delighted that he did and equally so that we can benefit War Child's outstanding work as a result."
Boring small print, if we use your ideas you can't then sting us for the copyright - it's for charity innit.
In respect of any material submitted in connection with this project you agree not to make any claim or bring any action against War Child, Fyfe Dangerfield or any third party relating to rights in the submitted material. By submitting material to this project you agree.
