Q Awards 2011 voting is open

Voting for The Q Awards 2011 has kicked off this morning (26 July) and you can now cast your votes.

We are at the open voting stage, which means you can vote for anyone who you believe has had an impact on the following categories this year:

Best New Act (presented by Orange Amplification)

Best Track

Breakthrough Artist

Best Male Artist

Best Female Artist

Best Video

Best Album

Best Live Act

Best Act In The World Today

To cast your votes head to the new Q Awards 2011 site at Awards.Qthemusic.com right now. Opening voting will continue until 8 September.

After that the 2011 shortlist will be announced on 15 September and then you will be able to vote for this year's winners ahead of the ceremony which takes place in London on 24 October.
