Perhaps it's living in two of the world's best island cities - her native Copenhagen and New York - but their is something a bit other about Fallulah's euro pop meets, Balkan folk, meets Strokes-y indie.
She's already charmed her homeland, having been nominated for the Danish Grammies (the Dannys?) and Critics Choice Awards, and now it's our turn with I Lay My Head released here on August 29.
"I Lay My Head is a song about lingering on, after a relationship has ended," explains Fallulah. "Even though you know it's for the better, you don't allow yourself to move on entirely. You keep seeing and feeling the other person, because they´ve been imprinted in your physical and mental pattern."
