Talk about on the job experience, between them the members of Wild Flag have been in Sleater-Kinney, Helium, Quasi, The Minders, and Stephen Malkmus And The Jicks.
However despite previously employment, the band's debut album (out 10 October) shrugs off any baggage and sets out on its own course as this teaser Romance shows.
With live dates planned, including a trip to All Tomorrow's Parties Minehead on 9 December, it's possible those other bands will be the ones showing off members of Wild Flag once played for them soon.
