Our current issue, Q304, is an extra-special one: it's our 25th birthday.
To mark the occasion the magazine boasts 25 different covers featuring 25 different acts who are currently shaping music.
Each day, we'll be printing an exclusive extract from one of the 25 cover interviews.
Today, it's the turn of Muse who reveal they've been getting some advice from some of rock's elder statesmen.
"Roger Taylor from Queen said to me, Have a good time all the time!" explains drummer Dominic Howard while frontman Matt Bellamy has been cribbing from Bono.
"Recently he was talking about writing a song about Japan from the point of view of a certain character - focusing on the courage of these guys that were going in to cool the reactions," says the singer. "That was just not a way that I'd thought of writing a song before."
Come back tomorrow for another exclusive cover story extract from Q304.
