Though he helped promote the careers of MCs like Chipmunk and Tinchy Stryder, he never quite achieved the same fame himself. Still his music has consistently been of a decent standard and his almost psychedelic musings have kept a loyal army of fans entertained.

Why now? Tonight, Wiley will be reinstating Eskimo Dance at new venue Proud2 at London's O2 Arena. Eskimo Dance was a legendary grime night which help produced some of the best moments in grime's history so far. Line up includes Skepta, JME, Boy Better Know and, of course, Wiley himself. New album, from which Link Up is taken, Evolve or Be Extinct is released 19 January.
Sounds like: A furious flurry of lyrics accompanied by some ear-wobbling, sub bass.
