Alan McGee is selling collectibles from his time as Creation Records boss. Around 100 items including records, photos, artwork, early Oasis demos and a letter from Tony Blair will be going up for auction tomorrow, with more to come. "I'm just clearing all this rock'n'roll rubbish from my house," he said. "I've no real interest in the past and have sort of moved on from the music scene."

Chris Brown has been accused of snatching a fan's iPhone. It's claimed the singer leaned out of a car window and grabbed the device from a fan who was taking photos outside a night club on Miami Beach on Sunday. Police are investigating.

Conrad Murray, the doctor found guilty of the manslaughter of Michael Jackson, wants to appeal his conviction.
