Dougy Mandagi: "Amy had one of the most unique voices of our generation - if I didn't know she was a white English girl, I would've thought she was a black woman from a different era. Love Is A Losing Game is a pretty sad song but it's so true as well - it was a challenge to do it differently but I hope our version still captures the inflection in the lyrics. When Amy sings about pain, you feel that pain. There are a lot of singers out there who can do vocal acrobatics but very few can convince you of their story. Amy did that."
