Elton John is set to feature on the new Queens Of The Stone Age album. Speaking to Dave Grohl, who is a standing on US TV as a talk show host, the singer explained he cameo was in part thanks to Engelbert Humperdinck. "I was in Vegas and I came back to LA. Engelbert Humperdinck had written me this sweet letter asking me to do a duet with him and I couldn't say No... so I went and recorded with him and then drove three blocks in the valley from Engelburt to Queens Of The Stone Age. It was a bit of a mind fuck!" declared John. "I love that band so much. Nobody really asks me to do stuff because they think I will say no. It was really a great track. It was complicated - I'm a piano player and guitar bands play differently! And it was in B which is a pianist's nightmare... it was fantastic!" Watch the full interview above.
